As with many things in life the 80/20 Rule seems to hold true with fishing, a small group of fisho's seem to catch a disproportionate amount of the fish. Luck aside the simple answer is they have either learned through trial and error or took the smart way and listened to those that are in the know. So if you are interested in catching more fish our fishing seminars are the way to go, plus it's lots of fun to be with like minded people.

Paul will be revealing more secrets about using soft baits and lures around: East Coast Bays, Motuihe, Rangi Channel and the Inner Harbour.
Our snapper have changed their feeding habits since our last seminar and Paul Senior would like to share with you new techniques he’s picked up and what lures to use so you can get consistent snapper every trip.
He will also share with you his personal Spot Xs, and answer any questions on any other local spots you may have.

The Hauraki Gulf has one of the best snapper fisheries in New Zealand and we have Paul Senior from Wave Dancer Charters doing a seminar on how to catch snapper throughout the Gulf using lures like Inchiku Jigs, slow Jigs, and soft baits.
Paul will go through how to figure out where the birds will be for those trying to understand where to head to find a work up, and will also cover fishing tricks when the work ups aren’t firing and what times are best for the birds to wake up and start diving
If you're not sure if you have the right set up for this kind of fishing, Paul will talk about the most ideal rod and reel to use and point you in the right direction for tackle, including techniques on changing hooks and skirts.
